1 packet Mission Chilli & Lime Tortilla Triangles (for salting the rim of the glass)

Virgin Bloody Mary
3 cups tomato juice
3 tbsp pickle juice
1 tsp tabasco
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp celery salt
½ tsp ground white pepper
1 cup ice cubes

Pickle slice
Celery stem
Slice of lime

Chili Lime Salt Rim
3 handfuls of Mission Chilli & Lime Tortilla Triangles
2 tsp sea salt flakes
2 lime wedges

Step 1
To make a chilli lime salt rim, add Mission Chilli & Lime Tortilla Triangles and sea salt flakes into a food processor and pulse until ingredients combine. Remove the lid and push down the mix with a spatula. Return the lid and blitz until a fine consistency. This will take a couple of attempts, taking the lid off and pushing down the mix to achieve a fine, even consistency. Pour mix onto a plate with a coupe edge and set aside.

Step 2
In a pitcher/jug, add approximately 1.5L of ice cubes and all ingredients for a Virgin Bloody Mary and stir with a bar spoon to mix well.

Step 3
Rub a lime wedge onto the rim of the glass and dip the rim into the chilli lime salt mix. Repeat for other glasses.

Serve chilled and garnish with pickle, celery, and lime.
