1 pack Mission Spinach & Herb Super Soft Wraps

4 eggs

1 cup ricotta

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup pumpkin, peeled and cubed

10 sage leaves, chopped

100g goats cheese, broken into pieces

Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C.

Step 2
In a medium bowl, whisk together egg and ricotta.

On a chopping board, using a small bowl, cut out three circles from a Mission Spinach & Herb Super Soft Wrap

Line small tart tins with wrap cut-outs and fill with broccoli florets, pumpkin, sage and goat cheese. Pour over egg mixture until almost full.

Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden and egg is set.

Allow to cool slightly in the tins before lifting out. Repeat to use all the ingredients and filling. Enjoy!
