4 cobs of corn

3 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tbsp sour cream

1 tsp ground cumin

Crumbed Cotija cheese (Feta if not available)

1 lime

Chilli powder for dusting.
Instructions

Step 1
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, cumin, and lime. Set aside.

Remove husk from corn.

Step 3
Grill corn until soft and slightly charred. Once cooked, generously coat with dressing and cheese, sprinkle with ground chilli powder to taste.
