Ingredients

4 Mission Wholegrain Mini Wraps, heated just before serving

400g packet frozen Chicken Breast Sweet Chilli Tenders

4 - 5 tbsp tzatziki dip

100g packet gourmet lettuce mix

1 avocado, peeled & sliced
-
1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced lengthwise into ribbons

¼ red onion, cut into fine slivers

Step 1
Heat chicken as per packet instructions in a preheated oven of 180°C for 20 minutes until golden and crisp. When heated, remove from oven and slice each chicken tender in half lengthwise and set aside.

Step 2
To assemble; spread a tablespoon of tzatziki along the centre of each heated Mission Wholegrain Mini Wrap. Top with gourmet lettuce, 3 or 4 sweet chilli chicken tender halves, a few slices of avocado, ribbons of cucumber, and slivers of red onion. Fold the Mission Wholegrain Mini Wraps into a roll as per packet instructions and serve.
