Portuguese Chicken Wraps with Original Wraps

1 pack Mission Original Super Soft Wraps

4 chicken breast fillets

Extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle

10 small red chillies, finely chopped

1 garlic clove, finely chopped

2 tsp smoked paprika
-
½ cup maple syrup
-
1 corn cob
-
¼ red cabbage, thinly sliced

4 radishes, thinly sliced
-
1 avocado, sliced
-
1 carrot, thinly sliced

1 cup Greek yoghurt

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C. On a baking tray lined with baking paper, place chicken. Drizzle with oil and season with salt. Roast for 20 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Let rest and slice into pieces.

In a saucepan over medium heat, add chillies, garlic, paprika, maple syrup and 1 cup water. Bring to a simmer. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until reduced by half. Let cool.

Step 3
Preheat a chargrill pan. Slice kernels of corn and cook for 15 minutes or until charred.

On a Mission wrap, layer yoghurt, chicken, cabbage, corn, radish, avocado and carrot. Season.

Drizzle with chilli sauce and enjoy!
