1 pack Mission Original Super Soft Mini Wraps

1 ½ cups cooked chicken, shredded

⅓ cup Greek yoghurt

½ cup buffalo sauce, plus extra for serving

2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped

2 tbsp dried parsley

2 tbsp dried basil

1 tbsp onion powder
-
1 tbsp garlic powder

salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded tasty cheese

¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

¼ cup butter, melted

1 cup ranch dressing

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200℃. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

In a bowl, combine chicken, yogurt, buffalo sauce, herbs, spices, salt and pepper. Stir in the cheeses.

To assemble, cut each wrap into a square. Spoon 2 tablespoons of filling onto each wrap. Roll up and place on the baking sheet. Brush with butter. Repeat with remaining wraps and filling.

Transfer to the oven and bake for 8 minutes, then flip and cook another 6 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.

Serve with ranch dressing and buffalo sauce for dipping.
