8 Mission Original Super Soft Mini Wraps

1 small gem lettuce, washed

1 carrot, julienned

1 small red capsicum, julienned

4 tbsp sweet chilli sauce

Asian Chicken:

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1 red onion, finely chopped
-
500g chicken mince
-
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

2-3cm piece ginger, grated

1 spring onion, finely sliced (optional)

4 tbsp hoisin sauce

1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce

Step 1
Heat oil in a wok until hot. Add onion and cook for 2 minutes. Add the chicken and cook for 3 minutes or until lightly browned, tossing in the wok constantly. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for a further 2-3 minutes. Add the hoisin sauce and sweet chilli sauce and toss through. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 2
Place the heated Mission Original Mini Wraps on a serving plate and top with lettuce, chicken, carrot, capsicum and finish with a drizzle of sweet chilli sauce. Roll each wrap to enclose the filling. Serve immediately.
