6 eggs, whisked

¼ cup milk

Step 1
Prep all ingredients for the frittata filling. In a measuring jug, crack 4 eggs and whisk with a fork. Add milk, salt and pepper and mix well.

Place the air fryer liner in the basket and lay down 2-3 Mission Original Super Soft Wraps. The number of wraps will depend on the size of the basket. The aim is to create a base with sides to prevent liquid from escaping.

Add shredded zucchini to fill the surface evenly, then shallots and peas.

Pour in the egg mix and add goat cheese.

Place zucchini flowers on top and cook at 160°C for 30 minutes.

Let the air fryer basket cool before pulling out the frittata.

Garnish with zucchini ribbons, herbs, salt, and pepper and then serve.
