200g Wagyu chuck beef steak

1 tbsp olive oil

Salad:
3 cups mixed green salad leaves
½ yellow capsicum, sliced
1 baby radish, thinly sliced
¼ red onion, thinly sliced

Garnishes:
2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
Salt and pepper, pinch of each

Mustard dressing:
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
Juice of ½ lemon
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pinch

Step 1
Lightly oil and season Wagyu.

Heat the grill on high heat and cook Wagyu for 2 ½ minutes each side (for medium cook).

Once cooked, rest Wagyu for 3 minutes before slicing.

Combine salad ingredients into a bowl and mix well.

Heat Mission Original Super Soft Wraps in the microwave according to packet instructions.

Place salad mix and slices of Wagyu onto wrap and top with garnish and mustard dressing.
