1 Mission Plain Thin Pizza Crusts

4 tbsp tomato passata

1 zucchini, thinly sliced into rounds

150g mixed size & colour heirloom tomatoes, sliced

6 slices hot salami
-
200g mozzarella cheese, sliced

8 spiced Sicilian green olives

Fresh basil leaves, to serve

Step 1
Place Mission Plain Thin Pizza Crust onto a paper lined baking tray and spread with tomato passata. Top with zucchini, tomatoes and hot salami. Finish with slices of mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with olives.

Cook in a preheated oven of 200ºC for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and base is golden. To serve; sprinkle basil leaves over cooked pizza and serve immediately.
