8 Mission Super Soft Original Mini Wraps

Gyoza mix:

200g pork mince
-
1 cup wombok cabbage, chopped

1 tsp soy sauce

½ tsp sesame oil
-
1 tsp ginger, grated or minced

1 spring onions, chopped
-
1 garlic clove, minced
-
2-3 tbsp vegetable oil, for frying

2 tbsp chives, chopped for garnish

Dipping sauce:

2 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
-
2 tbsp chili oil
-
½ tsp sugar

Step 1
Using a 90mm round cutter, make 2 round cuts per Mission Super Soft Original Mini Wrap.
Tip: Place 4 wraps into 2 stacks to make the cuts.

Step 2
Combine gyoza filling ingredients in a food processor and blitz for the mixture to combine and create a mince consistency.

Step 3
Take one round spoon and spoon on approximately 1 tbsp of mixture and spread evenly. Place each round onto a large board and repeat this step for the remaining gyozas.

Step 4
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and cook 3-4 gyozas at a time, mixture side down. Cook for 1-2 minutes until mince has browned. Flip over for 20-30 seconds to brown wrap and remove from the heat. Repeat this step for the remaining gyozas.

Plate and garnish with chives.
