400g mozzarella, grated
100g prosciutto, finely sliced
12 baby bocconcini balls
2 tbsp hot honey, garnish
1 cup rocket, garnish
1 corella pear, finely sliced

Step 1
Preheat oven to 170°C.

Step 2
Place 4 Mission Plain Pita Pockets on a lined baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil. Place mozzarella cheese on Pita Pockets. Arrange Prosciutto slices on top of the cheese. Place 3 baby bocconcini on top of each Pita Pocket. Drizzle with half-hot honey.

Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown and cheese has melted.

Top with fresh rocket, finely sliced pear, and drizzle with remaining hot honey.
