Ingredients

8 Mission Salt Reduced Original Super Soft Wraps

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

500g lean lamb medallions

½ cup button mushrooms

2 heads of gem lettuce, torn into large pieces

1 cup frozen green peas, steamed

600g cooked kipfler potatoes, halved

¼ cup mint leaves

¼ cup dill leaves
-
½ cup mushroom sauce

Step 1
Preheat oil in grill pan over high heat. Season lamb and place on grill pan, turn lamb every minute until cooked to preference.

Remove lamb and set aside covered with aluminium foil.

Meanwhile, add mushrooms to the pan and grill for 3 to 5 minutes or until browned.

Slice lamb into 2 cm thick pieces.

Heat Mission Salt Reduced Original Super Soft Wraps according to packet instructions.

On a large platter, fold and arrange Mission Wraps. Then layer remaining ingredients and serve.
