  • 6 Mission Spinach & Herb Super Soft Wraps

     

  • Koftas:

  • 2 teaspoons oil

  • 6 pre-made Kofta kebabs (approx. 450g packet)

     

  • Garlic Yoghurt Sauce:

  • 1 cup Greek-style yoghurt

  • Juice ½ lemon

  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped mint

  • Freshly ground black pepper and salt flakes

     

  • 300g sweet potato oven bake fries

  • 1 butter lettuce

  • 1 tomato, cut into 12 wedges

  • 2 radishes, finely sliced

  • 1 red onion, finely sliced

  • Fresh mint leaves

  • Step 1

    Heat BBQ or griddle plate until hot. Brush kebabs with oil and cook for approximately 5–10 mins or until cooked, turning as required.

  • Step 2

    Oven bake sweet potato fries as per packet instructions.

  • Step 3

    Combine garlic yoghurt sauce ingredients together in a small bowl and mix well. Set aside.

  • Step 4

    Place heated Mission Spinach & Herb Seper Soft Wraps on a serving plate and place 1 lettuce leaf and 2 koftas on each wrap. Top with tomato, sweet potato fries, red onion, and yoghurt sauce. Finish with mint leaves and roll each wrap. Serve hot or cold.
