6 Mission Spinach & Herb Super Soft Wraps

Koftas:

2 teaspoons oil
-
6 pre-made Kofta kebabs (approx. 450g packet)

Garlic Yoghurt Sauce:
-
1 cup Greek-style yoghurt
-
Juice ½ lemon
-
1 clove garlic, crushed
-
1 tbsp freshly chopped mint
-
Freshly ground black pepper and salt flakes

300g sweet potato oven bake fries
-
1 butter lettuce
-
1 tomato, cut into 12 wedges
-
2 radishes, finely sliced
-
1 red onion, finely sliced

Fresh mint leaves

Step 1
Heat BBQ or griddle plate until hot. Brush kebabs with oil and cook for approximately 5–10 mins or until cooked, turning as required.

Oven bake sweet potato fries as per packet instructions.

Combine garlic yoghurt sauce ingredients together in a small bowl and mix well. Set aside.

Step 4
Place heated Mission Spinach & Herb Seper Soft Wraps on a serving plate and place 1 lettuce leaf and 2 koftas on each wrap. Top with tomato, sweet potato fries, red onion, and yoghurt sauce. Finish with mint leaves and roll each wrap. Serve hot or cold.
