1 Mission Plain Thin Pizza Crust

For the toppings:
⅓ cup pizza sauce
150g fresh mozzarella, torn into large pieces
1-2 Italian sausages
¼ red onion, finely sliced
1 tbsp red pesto
4-5 fresh basil leaves

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 230°C.

Step 2
Spread the pizza sauce over the Mission Thin Pizza Crust base, leaving 3cm around the edge of the crust free from sauce. Scatter the torn mozzarella over the pizza base.

Squeeze the insides of the sausage from the sausage casings and roll into balls of around 3-4cm in diameter. Arrange the sausage balls on top of the pizza base.

Scatter over the sliced red onion and dollop the red pesto roughly across the pizza base.

Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden and the base is nice and crispy. Remove from the oven, and scatter over fresh basil leaves to serve.
