  • 8 Mission Original Super Soft Wraps

  • 2 scotch fillet steaks, cubed

  • 2 tbsp Kecap Manis or soy sauce

  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

  • 200g Satay Sauce, heated

  • 1 tsp peanut oil

  • 3 baby cucumbers, cut into sticks

  • 1 carrot, julienned

  • ½ red capsicum, julienned

  • 12 snow peas, julienned

  • 1 bullseye chilli, finely sliced (optional)

  • 2 tbsp chopped peanuts

  • 8 lime wedges

  • Step 1

    Combine the steak cubes and kecap manis with the garlic in a bowl and toss well to coat the meat. Thread cubes onto 8 short, thick wooden skewers and marinate for 30 minutes, or in the fridge overnight.

  • Step 2

    Bring satay sauce to a simmer then remove from heat and set aside.

  • Step 3

    Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan or BBQ grill plate until hot. Add the marinated beef and cook for 4 minutes turning regularly until the beef is almost cooked. Add ¼ cup of satay sauce and toss for a minute. Remove from heat and set aside.

  • Step 4

    To serve, place the heated Mission Original Super Soft Wraps on a serving plate and divide the beef between each wrap and drizzle with extra satay sauce. Top with the julienned vegetables, chilli, peanuts, and lime juice. Roll each wrap to enclose the filling. Serve hot or cold.
