Ingredients

1 pack Mission Soft and Fluffy wraps

1 large egg

½ cup milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1tbsp caster sugar

2 tbsp toasted hazelnuts, chopped

1 tbsp butter
-
3 tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread

Icing sugar, for dusting

Berries, to serve

Step 1
On a board, use a large heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut the wraps into hearts.

Thickly spread the wraps with chocolate hazelnut spread and add two together.

In a small bowl, whisk the egg, milk, vanilla, and caster sugar. Dip the wraps into the mixture and leave for 1 minute to soak up the liquid. Sprinkle with toasted hazelnuts.

In a frying pan on medium heat, melt the butter until foaming. Add the wrap hearts and cook for 1-2 mins each side until golden brown.

Dust with icing sugar and serve with fresh berries.
