4 Mission Plain Pita Pockets

Filling:
200g Nutella

1 punnet blueberries

1 punnet raspberries

1 punnet strawberries

1 banana, sliced

100ml whipping cream

1 tbsp icing sugar

Icing sugar, for dusting

Cinnamon sugar, for dusting

Step 1
Prepare whipped cream. In a bowl add cream and icing sugar and beat until soft peaks form.

Heat Plain Pita Pockets in microwave for 20 seconds. Cut in half and open centre.

Step 3
Heat Nutella in the microwave for 20 seconds to make it a little thinner and spreadable.

Step 4
Drizzle Nutella inside pita pockets, reserving some to drizzle over the top. Spread with cream and place a mixture of berries and bananas inside the pocket.

Dust with icing sugar and cinnamon. Drizzle with extra warm Nutella.
