12 Mission Soft & Fluffy Wraps

50g dark chocolate, melted

600g reduced-fat ricotta cheese

2 tsp vanilla bean paste

3 tbsp glacé cherries, chopped finely

3 tsp dried cranberries, chopped finely

¼ tbsp pistachios, chopped finely

1 tbsp orange rind

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C and line 2 baking trays with baking paper.

Roll or crush tin foil into a long tube the same length as a Mission Soft & Fluffy Wrap.
Make 12 tubes. -
Step 3
Tightly roll 1 wrap around each tube and secure with toothpicks to prevent it from unravelling.

Place on the baking tray, seam side down and bake for 15 minutes, turning halfway through.

Remove from oven and allow to cool completely on a wire rack. Remove toothpicks and tin foil once cooled.

Meanwhile, in a medium bowl thoroughly combine ricotta, vanilla, cherries, cranberries, half of the pistachios and orange rind. Spoon ricotta filling into a piping bag and place in the fridge until
