1 Mission Original Super Soft Wrap

2 cups frozen cherries, pitted and cut into thirds

3-4 tsp black cherry jam

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract
-
½ cup dark chocolate, small chunks

¼ cup milk to brush crust of tart

Moist coconut flakes, chopped

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180˚C.

Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine frozen cherries, maple syrup, vanilla extract, coconut, and dark chocolate chunks. Heat mix in microwave for 30-40 seconds to soften chocolate chunks but not completely melted through.

Heat up wrap in microwave for 30 seconds.

Step 4
Place Mission Super Soft Wrap onto baking tray with parchment paper.

Step 5
Make 3cm angle cuts along edge of wrap about 4-5cm apart. This will make 7 corners when wrap is folded over.

Evenly spread black cherry jam onto wrap. Evenly spoon on cherry filling into the centre of the wrap.

Fold one corner edge over onto the wrap and brush with milk. Press down onto folded edge for a few seconds before moving onto the next one. Repeat process until all edges are folded down.

Give edges a second brush over with milk.

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until crust edge is golden.

Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving. Sprinkle toasted coconut and slice to serve.
