6 Mission Soft and Fluffy Butter Flavoured Wraps

Filling:

250g cream cheese

4 tbsp Biscoff spread

½ cup thickened cream

Biscoff crunch:

3 tbsp Biscoff spread, melted

8 Biscoff biscuits, crushed
Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2
Shape tin foil into a tube the same length as a Mission Soft & Fluffy Butter Flavoured Wrap. Make one tin foil tube per wrap.

Step 3
To make cannoli shells, tightly roll 1 wrap around a tin foil tube and secure it with toothpicks to prevent it from unravelling. Repeat this step for the remaining wraps.

Place cannoli shells on a baking tray, seam side down and bake for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through.

Remove baked cannoli shells from the oven and allow to cool completely on a wire rack. Remove toothpicks and tin foil once cooled.

While shells cool, make the filling by adding cream cheese, Biscoff spread and thickened cream into a bowl. Mix well with an electric beater until all ingredients are combined and smooth and then place the filling into a piping bag.

In 2 separate small bowls, melt biscoff spread in the microwave and add crushed Biscoff biscuits in another. Dip one end of a cooled cannoli shell into the melted spread and immediately dip into the crushed biscuits. Repeat for the other end. When both ends are coated place them onto a board or plate and repeat this step for the remaining cannoli shells.

Pipe filling into cannoli shells and serve.
