2 Mission Gluten Free Wraps

6 cos lettuce leaves

1 skinless chicken breast fillet, pan grilled then sliced

2 hard boiled eggs, cut into wedges

3 short rashers Maple bacon, pan grilled then sliced

1 tbsp low-fat Caesar Dressing

2 tbsp shaved parmesan cheese

Heat wraps as per packet instructions

Step 2
Divide ingredients between 2 Mission Gluten Free Wraps starting by arranging the cos lettuce leaves along the centre of each wrap. Top with sliced chicken, egg and bacon then drizzle with Caesar dressing and sprinkle with shaved Parmesan cheese. Roll wrap and serve.
